Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 100% peace of mind return policy.
Returns will be issued for either a Refund, Store Credit or Exchange.

We want you to be happy with your purchase however if for some reason your purchase is not quite right, we are happy to Refund, Exchange or provide Store Credit. If you would like to return and exchange your item/s please ensure you adhere to the following criteria:

• You notify us within 2-5 days if Product/s is not acceptable & return items accordingly within 14 days.
• Product/s are returned in original condition, original packaging, unaltered, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Products are free from makeup, perfume & washing powder smell.
• Copy of original receipt with proof of purchase is provided.
• Gift Vouchers, Clearance Stock & Earrings are Non returnable and Non exchangeable.
• Only full priced items can be refunded or exchanged. No refunds or exchanges on sale items.
• All costs associated with the Postage/Shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet the conditions above.


How to Return or Exchange

1. Email info@thatcountrystore.com.au with the reason for the return or Phone 0417922809.
2. Send photos if required.
3. We will require proof of purchase of original order and your proof of receipt.
5. Please ensure when returning an item you use a protective bag/satchel and a registered/traceable form of postage as we will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost on return.
6. Return Postage/Shipping will be at the expense of the Customer.

Once we receive your returned item/s we will;

• Exchange or Refund your product as discussed. We can not refund original Postage costs.
• Process an In Store Credit as discussed.
• Resend Products as discussed.

We aim to process all returns as quick as possible and will notify you once received.


Refunds not accepted on the Following.

We understand that sometimes shopping online can be hard. However we can not accept returns on the following;

Gift Vouchers, Clearance Stock & Earrings are Non returnable, Non exchangeable and Non refundable. Please choose very carefully.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.


Parcels will be processed Monday to Friday and sent through Australia Post or Courier of our choice from our local Post Office in Burra, SA. Please allow up to 3-10 business days to receive your package depending on your location. A courier may be required to deliver parcels to people living in remote areas. We can not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses so please check your shipping information carefully.

Please note, due to COVID-19 restrictions, Australia Post is currently experiencing some delays.

How much will I pay for Shipping?

Standard Postage – Flat Rate of $10 per order Australia Wide.
Express Postage – Flat Rate of $20 per order Australia Wide.
Overseas Parcel Post – Quote will be provided. 

How do I track my Order?

We will email you a Tracking Number giving you the freedom to track your parcel from purchase to delivery. 

Overseas Postage?

That Country Store Burra is based in Australia but we will happily send overseas. We will obtain a quote based on size of parcel and location of customer. Email us to discuss.

Local Pickup?

If you would like to order items online and pick up from our store, please select IN STORE PICKUP at the checkout and you wont be charged shipping expenses. We will hold your parcel for 5 days and after that we may contact you to arrange postage. We look forward to seeing you.
