Can I do Local Pickup?

If you would like to order items and pick up from our store, please select IN STORE PICKUP at the checkout and you wont be charged shipping expenses. We will hold your parcel for 7 days and after that we may contact you to arrange postage. We look forward to seeing & meeting you.

How will you package my Parcel?

We will wrap purchases very carefully and may even package things separately in one or more parcels if contents are precious at no extra cost.

Forwarding a Gift?

We are very happy to send a gift to a friend, special person or family with complimentary gift wrapping plus hand written note their way on your behalf. Please complete these details at the checkout and we will happily make this happen.

Writing in the Card?

If you would like us to write in a card of your choice that you purchased from our online store, please write the exact details in the notes at the Checkout. Alternatively we will write your note on a Tag and attach to the parcel. We have lovely hand writing.

Gift Wrapping

We are happy to wrap your gifts for you. We love wrapping. Unfortunately we can not send individual gifts on one order to multiple locations. Please make notes at the checkout.

Overseas Postage?

That Country Store Burra is based in Australia but we will happily send overseas. We will obtain a quote based on size of parcel and location of customer. Email us to discuss.

Incorrect Item?

If you’ve received the incorrect item we’re so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible at contact.thatcountrystoreburra@gmail.com with a photo of the incorrect item and we will arrange for the correct item to be sent asap.

Broken or damaged goods?

If items are broken or damaged in transit we will accept full responsibility and discuss this with you.

• Please take Photos of Broken or Damaged Goods in original Store Packaging. Please notify us within 2-5 days if Product/s is not acceptable.
• Product/s must be in original condition, original packaging and with all tags attached.
• Copy of original receipt with proof of purchase.
• We will provide replacement product/s if one is available and in stock.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these terms at any time.  Please check these terms and conditions regularly prior to ordering from our website.
